Do we need bike-building experience?

No. Facilitators guide your team, and expert mechanics check the bicycles before the handoff. Enthusiasm is a great starting skill.

How physical is it?

Activity is light, with puzzles, communication, coordination, and hands-on tasks. Tell your producer about your team’s participation needs so they can plan accordingly.

Can we pick the charity?

Yes. Your producer helps coordinate the donation to your chosen charity and provides receipt guidance. Bring a favorite cause or discuss the options while planning.

Can the bikes go to our guests?

Yes. Choose a guest raffle finale; the drawing can accompany the medal celebration.

Will it work in our venue?

Indoor and outdoor spaces work, including offices, ballrooms, warehouses, and lawns. Your producer plans the stations and challenge zones around your space and headcount.
